Like all machine shops, we love aluminum. Aluminum is the perfect metal to turn and machine. It is light, strong, and machines about as easy as any metal can. It is also a forgiving metal that can accept feeds and speeds other materials just can't compete with. So why give your turning and machining aluminum job to B&Z Manufacturing rather than the shop across the street, or the one down the road?

Like I said before, anyone can make an aluminum part, but at B&Z Manufacturing we have three fully automated Zeiss CMM's and the ability to give you full traceability of each and every dimension on your parts.
Price and Delivery
Our 5 axis milling centers have 20 pallets capable of holding hundreds of parts at a time running 24 hours a day seven days a week. Running multiple operations and quantities helps keep costs down and production up.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
