Brass Machining & Turning
At B&Z Manufacturing we have machined and turned brass for many different applications, from tight tolerance waveguides to decorative fountain fixtures.
As you probably already know, if you are reading this, brass is a very useful material. Light, strong, and with good wear resistance, but brass can corrode over a short period of time. Many of the brass parts we machine here at B&Z Manufacturing also get gold plated, and we offer those services as well.
Turning and machining Brass has always been a favorite of ours. It cuts well and if machined properly is capable of holding very tight tolerances. It also looks great when finished.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
