If B&Z Manufacturing had a nickel for every casting we have machined over the past 60 years we’d be broke because we have to charge a lot more than a nickel to machine castings, BUT, it would be an enormous pile of nickels! Like a blowup gorilla at the car dealer, huge! That's a lot of nickels!
But seriously, we have machined stainless steel castings, die castings and aluminum castings by the thousands and still do every day. Using our 4 and 5 axis machining centers we can often complete a casting in one operation saving you time and money.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
