Machining & Turning Copper Parts
People have been working with copper for thousands of years and yet you would not believe how many people can screw it up.
Copper can be hard, it can be soft, it can have a hard skin and be soft underneath. Copper warps, bends, and dings easily. Copper can be malleable or it can crack. Without the proper tools, feeds, and speeds, it galls, deforms, or friction welds itself to just about anything. And yet if you know what you are doing, machining and turning copper parts can be a great metal to machine.
At B&Z Manufacturing we have worked with many different copper alloys over the years from OFHC Copper, tellurium copper, zirconium copper, beryllium copper and many more.
If you need to machine and turn copper parts, you have come to the right place.

Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
