The Kitamura HX400 12 pallet Horizontal with a robotic pallet cell and 200 tools is capable of horizontal machining hundreds of parts per day. A nice feature of this horizontal CNC milling machine is its modularity, allowing the capability to expand the pallet pool if needed. Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
