CNC Machining Services
Exceptional Experience: B&Z Manufacturing is a family-owned business and as such, many of our machinists are multi-generational. My grandmother was a machinist for Westinghouse starting during World War 2 and retiring after 30 years machining parts for nuclear submarines. After serving in the USMC for 20 years, my father was a machinist for 25 years, and I have worked in a machine shop, this machine shop, since I was 13 years old, and that was a very long time ago. My oldest son is a machinist, as is the son of my General Manager. We have had many father-son and brother teams over the years and although the faces change, many of the names remain the same. All of the original team has passed on, but their sons and daughters and the knowledge they passed down to the rest of us carry on in their place. I can say with great certainty there is no other shop with more experience in precision machining and CNC machining services than B&Z Manufacturing.
Production Capabilities: B&Z Manufacturing runs three shifts 7 days a week. With more than 24,000sf of floor space and over 30 machines running day and night, we are capable of producing hundreds if not thousands of parts per day.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
