CAD Engineering & Design
At B&Z Manufacturing Company, we use the latest and greatest versions of Solid Works and Master Cam to help create, design, and assist in the machine-ability of conceptual designs for CAD engineering and design. We work directly with engineers, to achieve their goals, and assisting in making their visions become reality.
3D models, along with 5 and 6 axis machining has really opened the door to exciting new designs and creations in tech, unparalleled to that of just 10-15 years ago.
CNC machining has not changed that much in the last decade but the computer processors driving the machines have become just incredible. It is an exciting time in the machining world, and we are glad to have been at the forefront since 1960, and will continue to do so.
Moving forward with technology is viewed to be our responsibility and greatest opportunity. We have proudly taken all necessary steps to keep up with the changing climates, as each industry moves forward into the new expanse of technology.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
