Our Chevalier surface grinder has a 12" x 24" work area and can produce up to a 4 finish on ferrous and most non-ferrous metals as well.

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
