We have partnered up with COAST METAL CUTTING for all of our precision sawing and precision metal cutting needs. They provide complete precision metal cutting services including:
- Precision plate aluminum plate sawing to 3" thickness x 60” wide
- Precision cold sawing of ferrous and nonferrous metals to 3 1/2" diameter
- Precision cutting of extrusion in most sizes and shapes
- Bandsawing to 14" capacity - all alloys
- Precision abrasive sawing (tolerances held as close as +/-.002 depending on the size of material and length)
- Miter, angle, notching and contour cutting in steel and aluminum

Quality Assurance inspection
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
