Quality Control & Inspection in CNC Machining
Other shops can machine parts, but B&Z can machine them with tight tolerances every time. When a part is completed it is taken to our QA department, where we have several state-of-the-art computer-controlled measuring machines. We have three full-time inspectors at B&Z. All tools, equipment, and parts are calibrated, documented, and filed according to ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
CAD Operated
We can convert CAD models into a finished measurement program before the material even hits the shop floor.
Organized Reference
Our inspection room is always kept strictly organized to minimize downtime in checking the quality of parts.
Computerized Measurement
Our inspection inclues two Zeiss Contura CNC coordinate measuring machines with scanning heads.
